Trade Operations SpecialistThis is a contract opportunity.This is an on-site position in Baltimore, MD.

About this positionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trade Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will execute trade settlements, support master servicing, and manage exceptions in collaboration with the Trading Desk and Operational personnel. You will also be responsible for reviewing inbound client documents for accuracy, as well as making outbound contacts both in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced financial services environment, where your attention to detail and communication skills will be essential to ensuring smooth operations.

Job Responsibilities Execute trade settlements and manage exception processes in support of the Trading Desk and Operational teams. Review inbound client documents for accuracy and completeness. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to address and resolve issues. Define, prioritize, and track project activities and progress to ensure timely completion. Maintain proficiency in MS Word and Excel, utilizing them for daily operations and reporting.

Skills/Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to define project activities, prioritize tasks, and follow up on progress. Strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Basic understanding of the financial services field and related operations. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.

Pay/Salary Range: Pay Range: $19-20/hr
