Qualifications listed below.
- Must have 2+ years bar/beverage management experience in full-service restaurants
- Strong beverage background/knowledge and ability to train and educate on all beverage and service materials
- Experience with inventory, ordering/purchasing, pricing, cost management
- Knowledge of natural & old-world wines a plus
- Knowledge with juicing and making syrups a plus
