Lead Carpenter Wanted
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team! The ideal candidate will have the skills and leadership to handle a variety of residential and light commercial projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Install windows, doors, and siding with precision
Build and install interior and exterior trim, railings, and crown molding
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Lead small crews and ensure work meets quality and safety standards
Communicate effectively with homeowners, project managers, and team members
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience (lead or foreman experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of framing, finish work, and general construction practices
Own tools and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and manage jobsite workflow
