Service Manager
Job Duties to include but not limited to:
Manage, coach and mentor a team of service professionals to provide quality plumbing service to all customers (3-5 technicians with growth potential)
Prepare estimates for service customers and light residential renovations.
Procure material and tools needed for jobs from our shop and vendors
Schedule, Dispatch, Assist with project management and troubleshooting via telephone and/or on job site
Increase service business by developing existing business and cultivating new customers
Review and price tickets and invoices.
Assure work performed conforms with local plumbing codes
Provide excellent Customer Service to all our customers.

Requirements:
Journeyman or Masters License Preferred
Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
Hard working / Self Motivated / Multitasker
Basic computer skills, knowledge with Microsoft Outlook
