We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team. The Service Manager will be responsible for analyzing service project costs and preparing accurate estimates as well as dispatching technicians. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the Plumbing & HVAC field. Must have knowledge in Plumbing & HVAC.
Duties:
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with customers, engineers, and architects to understand project requirements
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
- Develop project proposals and submit bids to clients
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase to ensure adherence to budget
- Participate in contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain documentation of estimates, bids, and contracts
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
