Are you an experienced residential cleaner? We’re a fast-growing cleaning company and we’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team as independent contractors (1099). We take care of advertising, phone estimates, customer service, scheduling and billing for the clients. You take care of arriving to jobs on time, prepared with supplies and equipment and completing the jobs.
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality cleaning jobs at homes or apartments.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other areas.
Replenish supplies and ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Remove trash and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Follow all cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
Experience in residential cleaning.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Ability to lift to 25 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks.
Independent contractor 1099 status (you will be responsible for your own taxes).
Must have legal authorization to work.
You must have your own transportation and cleaning supplies.
Must speak English (conversational is okay).
Must have or able to get Business Liability Insurance.
Must have a smartphone.
