Speech Pathologist

Asbury Methodist Village is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team. Our speech therapists provide comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and support to our residents in a caring, professional environment. This position offers flexibility with hours based on patient needs and availability.Key Responsibilities:Conduct evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Provide therapy and interventions to improve residents' communication and swallowing abilities.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and therapy sessions.Participate in care conferences and provide updates on patients’ status and progress.Educate residents, families, and staff on communication and swallowing techniques.Benefits:Competitive pay rates: $58-$61/hourFlexible PRN schedule to accommodate your availability.Opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.Collaborative, supportive team environment.
