Job Title: Accounting SpecialistJob DescriptionAs an Accounting Specialist, you will manage crucial financial tasks within our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing the billing process to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, overseeing payroll activities, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable. Additionally, you will support month-end and year-end close procedures, work closely with the finance team, and utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for comprehensive data analysis and reporting. You will also assist in maintaining financial records and documentation for audit purposes, communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders about financial matters, and stay updated on the latest accounting regulations and industry best practices.Hard Skills
