Lead Facilities Technician - Commercial

Lead Facilities Technician – Commercial is the lead maintenance role responsible for the overall facilities operations of the Master Association (“HOA”), Rockville Townsquare Management and Morguard commercial assets within The Square. Reporting to the General Manager, this position oversees shared building systems, oversees maintenance programs, vendor relationships and compliance requirements across the HOA, Commercial and Retail spaces. The role ensures efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations that support all stakeholders and creates alignment between HOA, Commercial and Residential operations.
