Job Responsibilities:
Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans & kitchen tools in a timely manner
Cleaning machines & appliances used in the kitchen
Helping unload & store deliveries
Helping takeout trash
Supporting other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed
Job Qualifications:
Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts & be able to lift at least 20 pounds
Great time management skills
Strong communication skills
The ability to stay organized as dishes come through the dish room
