Our established and growing South Shore law firm is seeking an experienced Personal
Injury Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background
handling Personal injury matters from intake through settlement or litigation, and be
comfortable working directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers.
Candidate must also be comfortable handling minor court appearances for criminal matters.
Please Note: This is a full-time, in-person position at our South Shore office.
Position Responsibilities
-Handle personal injury cases Including:
-Reading and summarizing medical records
-Drafting and negotiating settlement demands
- Conducting legal research and evaluating case strengths and weaknesses
-Preparing pleadings, motions and discovery
-Participating in civil litigation
- Criminal Defense Matters: Minor court appearances and routine motion practice.
- Conduct new client intakes and prepare case opening documents and notices
- Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers
-Maintain strict adherence to deadlines, tracking orders and procedural rules
- Assist with general practice areas, including: Real Estate, Simple Estate Planning and
Probate Matters

Requirements
- Experience in personal injury law
- Basic understanding of criminal law and criminal procedure
- Comfort handling minor criminal court appearances
- Strong writing, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while working within a team
-Must be able to work full time inperson at our South Shore Office
- MA Bar admission in good standing
