Local bakery in Medford, MA needs a motivated, mechanically-inclined person to train as a Maintenance Mechanic. You will work directly with our Lead Mechanic. This is a chance to start a skilled trade career!
PAY: $19.00/hour to start.
OT: Plenty of Overtime available ($28.50/hr).
HOURS: Full-Time, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (M-F).
What you'll do:
Assist in fixing and maintaining mixers, ovens, conveyors, and other bakery equipment.
Perform basic maintenance (plumbing, facility upkeep).
We will train you on advanced topics (electrical, welding, pneumatics).
What you need:
Reliable attendance (on time for the 7 AM start).
Basic mechanical skills or a strong interest in machines.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet.
