Caldwell Law of Boston seeks FT Technical Specialist - Biomedical
1) Review technical inventions for preparation of patent applications;
2) Draft patent applications related to biomedical devices and biotechnology;
3) Participate in invention harvesting meetings for preparation of patent applications;
4) Communicate with early-stage technology companies to develop strategic IP to accomplish their
business objectives;
5) Educate and train new and peer technical specialists, where appropriate, on the intricacies of
patent applications, especially in the field of biomedicine, biomedical engineering, and biotechnology.
BS in Biomedical Engineering and experience formulating biomedical engineering (BME) program reports required.
