Experienced B2B Sales/Phone Sales/Lead Follow-Up/Cold Call Specialist,
to work mostly in our Cambridge office.
The ideal candidate must have impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
May require in-person meetings with customers and prospects sometimes.
Our food is amazing, and the service- outstanding.
12+ years in business, mostly 5- Star reviews on different sites.
Selling our product is easy, especially, when the customer already had an experience with us.
We are growing fast, so there is a potential to grow together.
Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with existing business leads
Update CRM systems with accurate notes and next steps
Understand the company’s services well enough to offer right product to the client
Stay organized and responsive at all times
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong calling and appointment-setting skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Pay: base salary plus commission.
