We’re a college bar and a very busy boiled crawfish restaurant in the middle of Lafayette, Louisiana. Crawfish season here runs from late December through early June. We’re always looking to connect with experienced seasonal workers who's schedules align.
For the upcoming crawfish season, we’re hiring Lead Boilers, core members of the 2026 Boil Pit Krewe!
You can handle a very busy, high production seafood operation and the high heat of the boilers.
We provide housing, flights and training. Pay is $25/hr. You can work 40-hr weeks. The boil room starts up at about 2:00, we open at 4:00, service until 9-10:00, cleanup is 45 minutes. Some nights you're out of there at 10:00. The housing provided is a room in the uncrowded company house a few blocks from the restaurant. Keep in mind that the cost of living here is fairly low. You don't have to have a car.
Winter and spring is our high season in Louisiana — the weather is mild and festival season is in full swing — making this a fun and rewarding seasonal placement.
