Are you in?Our Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products division (SI EP) combines the real and digital worlds for energy systems, buildings, and industries to transform the everyday of how people live and work while improving energy efficiency and sustainability. Our portfolio of products and solutions allows our customers to take large blocks of electrical power, safely divide them into smaller blocks, and monitor and control the usage of that power.We are looking for new engineering graduates to join the Engineering Leadership Development Program (https://new.siemens.com/us/en/company/jobs-careers/engineering-development-programs/engineering-leadership-development-program.html#SmartInfrastructure) with our SI EP division. This is a two-year rotational position requiring you to relocate every six months for four rotations. Potential rotation locations are Peachtree Corners, GA; Grand Prairie, TX; Hingham, MA; Juarez, Mexico; Roebuck, SC; Monterrey, Mexico; Pomona, CA; Broken Arrow, OK; and Bellefontaine, OH.You’ll make an impact by:

Creating new products, technologies, and applications, and driving the design control process for low voltage controls and power distribution systems.

Introducing new ideas and strategies that stimulate innovation and drive progress, while actively learning from and integrating the experiences and insights of others. This dynamic and collaborative exchange ensures that individual contributions are both valued and enhanced by the team's collective wisdom.

Rotating through functional areas like design, research, application engineering, manufacturing engineering, and software/hardware development.

Upon completion of the program, you’ll transition into a targeted role such as product development engineer, product manager, applications engineer, or software/hardware engineer.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree: rising graduates (must graduate by Spring 2025 and be available to begin full-time employment in January 2025 or July 2025).

Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.

Desire to impact the future and contribute to the resiliency and success of our company, customers, and world.

Resourcefulness and a drive to challenge yourself to find the most effective and efficient solutions to complex challenges.

Strong capacity for leadership as exhibited in campus and/or community roles.

Must be willing and able to relocate domestically and/or internationally for each rotation (relocation assistance is provided if relocating more than 50 miles from your permanent address) and travel as required by the program.

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred GPA: 3.0 or higher.

The pay rate for this position is $80,000 - $85,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
