Job description:
Priority will be given towards those that have experience or willingness to learn front of house duties as well as prep/baking work in addition working the line. We are a very small team, focused on team work and cross training, with an open kitchen cafe service concept.

Line Responsibilities
Prepare and serve meals, and prepped items by following recipes and guidelines set by establishment. Daily tasks must be achieved while maintaining a clean workstation and observing necessary sanitation protocols. Kitchen staff should maintain a sense of urgency and understanding of when tasks must be complete. When necessary, aid in all other areas of the cafe.
· Prepare dishes to specifications while maintaining quality standards
· Assess levels & quality of daily prepped items for replenishment, or replacement needs
· Stock dry, refrigerated and frozen goods for kitchen
· Communicate with prep concerning items used, needed, and brought up stairs
· Assist with running food out to customers
· Assist with dishes
· Assist other positions as necessary
· Ensure communication between shifts
. Be able to work independently or closely with other staff, we have a 1-2 person line
Must have weekend availability between 6AM-4PM.
Starting $25 hourly rate to start, We are a tip free establishment and pride ourselves on providing a fair living wage to our employees.

Must be 18+, able to lift 50lbs repeatedly, stand for up to 9 hours, and traverse stairs several times a day.
