Are you crafty and good with your hands? We are growing and need help producing our beautiful aprons, cards, books, and cloth pouches for children.
We need a resourceful, capable, upbeat/cheerful, organized hard worker with great attention to detail (mindfulness), clear vision (able to see tiny details in our materials), excellent hand skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to do light lifting. Experience with a Fiery print server, stack cutter, laminator, Juki DNU-1541 (or similar) a plus.
You must be a quick learner who is able to work independently with, maintain, and troubleshoot sewing/cutting/print production equipment (we’ll train you), learn how to make our materials, and always keep an eye on minimizing scrap and maintaining quality.
Duties include but are not limited to printing, laminating, cutting, sewing and pressing fabric, maintaining raw materials inventory, maintaining a clean and orderly work space, and, following and updating our production log (online google sheet).
Good housekeeping habits, organization, mindfulness, ability to follow systems, a cheerful demeanor, and optimism a must.
