Langone's Florist is currently looking to fill our delivery driver position for Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Requirements and responsibilities -
A valid drivers license and clean driving record
Reliable and punctual
Flexibility, the hours will vary day to day based on the amount of deliveries, some days you will be working later than others
Capable of routing yourself in the most efficient way, getting deliveries out in a timely manner
Mandatory increased hours/days for holiday weeks, like Mothers day and Valentines day
Maintaining the delivery van, reporting any issue so it can be fixed
Flowers are fragile. It is important they are handled with care, and arrive to their destination as they left our shop.
Remaining productive in between deliveries, assisting in things like washing buckets, and sweeping etc.
Breaking down boxes, bringing the trash out.
