Job Title: Computer Technician – Elite Merchant Services

Elite Merchant Services is seeking a dependable and skilled Computer Technician to join our team. We support merchants nationwide with credit card processing systems, point-of-sale equipment, and specialized software. We are looking for someone who is technical, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot both in-office and remotely.

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair computer hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain POS systems, terminals, and payment equipment
Assist merchants with remote troubleshooting and system setup
Perform routine updates, maintenance, and equipment testing
Set up and maintain workstations and POS systems
Keep accurate logs of repairs, service calls, and equipment inventory
Provide professional and timely support to both staff and clients
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Computer Technician or IT Support Specialist
Strong knowledge of Windows systems
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, networking, and basic server issues
Experience with POS devices, terminals, routers, or merchant services equipment is highly preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and handle equipment setups
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
Experience in merchant services, payment processing, or small business systems
