Routine Inspections: Perform light quarterly inspections and annual deep inspections of HunnyDone properties.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns promptly, primarily through texting. Must be comfortable with text-first communication styles.

Compliance: ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and homeowners' association requirements.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all projects, including work orders, invoices, receipts, and communications with contractors and homeowners.

Knowledge: Familiarity with home repair and improvement techniques, materials, and tools. Understanding of local building codes and regulations.
