Job Summary
We are seeking a Production Technician . This hands-on role supports all areas of the production facility, working directly with equipment, materials, and products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in injection molding or CNC machine operation, along with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery (including de-flashing units, injection molding, or CNC machines).
Perform equipment start-up, shut-down, and changeover operations.
Safely handle tools, pallet jacks, carts, air wands, and lifting devices.
Support material movement from production lines to staging areas.
Maintain safety and housekeeping standards; complete equipment safety checks.
Train and assist teammates in production processes.
Participate in safety meetings and improvement programs.
Requirements
1–3 years of production manufacturing experience (injection molding or CNC preferred).
Strong safety-first mindset and ability to follow SOPs.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
Basic math and measurement tool skills (rulers, gauges, etc.).
Good written and verbal English communication.
