Common Good is looking for service stars with retail food/restaurant experience who are available for early morning shifts, weekend shifts, evening shifts & some holidays. You will enjoy a positive work environment, living wages (plus tips!), potential for advancement & full benefits!
What you will do:
We are looking for service stars who will give world class service to our customers and
- Make excellent espresso drinks.
- Accurately fill customer orders.
- Be an approachable & dependable resource for customers & teammates alike.
- Proactively share product knowledge & brand enthusiasm, increasing sales & fostering customer loyalty.
- Jump in as needed & help the bakery & kitchen teams.
Requirements
Obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days of employment (with our help!).
Obtain ServSafe alcohol training (if working at our restaurant) that we pay for!
Be dedicated to exceptional service!
Have a keen sense of urgency & the ability to multitask with an even keel & high spirits.
