Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, possess exceptional leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant

- Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

- Maintain quality control for all food and beverage served

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Implement and uphold food safety standards

- Oversee kitchen management and ensure efficient operations

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role

- Knowledge of full-service dining and banquet operations

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills

- Fluent in spanish and english

- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software

- Understanding of food safety regulations

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Skills:

- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in the restaurant industry

- Bartending experience or knowledge

- Proficiency in kitchen management practices
