Small office environment duties would include:
- General office admin support - working closely with office mgr
- Sort daily mail, including accounts payable and receivable
- Invoicing
- Prepare documents and send shipments via UPS
- Support sale staff with various tasks/projects
Requirements:
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail
- Punctuality
- Process oriented and desire to follow process to ensure accuracy
- Knowledge and experience with Quickbooks, Word and Excel
- In office only - work from home or hybrid not an option
