We are looking for a person for our Part-Time Property Management Assistant position with career growth potential! Looking for someone with a driven work ethic, and great people skills! We are a small real estate property management and investment company with 40+ units, growing our units every year. Previous rental leasing experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right person with the right personality.
Our office is in Edina, MN. The hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm. In cases of emergency, some evening and weekend hours may be required, and it can be done from home. This position does require occasional travel and running business errands, therefore a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle is required.

Requirements:
- Must be detailed oriented, and have the ability to meet deadlines
- Have excellent time management skills and be able to multi-task
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
- Provide great customer service to our tenants
- Ability to build relationships with our team and contractors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets
- Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate softwares
- Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
Responsibilities:
- Put up rental listings
- Facilitate new lease signing before placing new tenants
- Track monthly rents
- Coordinate maintenance requests with maintenance persons and tenants
- Coordinate unit turnovers when tenants move out
- Put together and mail out security refund summaries
- Track all repairs and remodel projects
- Responsible for making sure rental license is active; renew license as they become due
- Create and send out Certificate of Rent forms at the end of the calendar year
