I have a great career opportunity available for someone that wants to learn a lifelong skill and get paid while doing it. I am looking for a hardworking, self motivated individual to join my custom framing company starting as a laborer. If you’re a quick learner and understand that hard work pays off you will do very well and move up the pay scale quickly.
I would also like to add an additional skilled carpenter. The ideal candidate would have between 3-6 years experience working as a carpenter/framer and already understands the basics of framing walls and building roofs. To be successful in this position you must be able to work with and train lower level employees/ laborers, you must also be able to stay on task and complete work in a timely manor.
We also frame plenty of roofs so must be able to work comfortably at heights.
We also mostly do custom remodels and additions so the highest quality of work is important to my company, we’re not production framing anything or racing to put together low quality framing.
Starting wage is between $22-$35 depending on experience.
Laborers start at 22/hr
Carpenters pay is DOE
We typically work Mon-Fri 7:00-4:30. Most of the work is in the Minneapolis and surrounding areas
