Job Title: HVAC TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced HVAC installer or service technician. This position can be tailored to focus on either new installations or service work, depending on your strengths and preferences. While we specialize in geothermal HVAC, candidates do not need prior geothermal experience as it constitutes only about 15% of the job.Responsibilities
Perform HVAC installations, servicing, and troubleshooting.
Work on both new installations and service tasks based on expertise.
Handle geothermal HVAC systems as part of a small portion of the role.
Essential Skills
HVAC installation experience
Troubleshooting skills
Service and maintenance capabilities
At least 2 years of HVAC experience (5-10+ years preferred)
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with geothermal HVAC systems is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
