The UDAP Enablement team plays a critical role in enabling the business teams along the journey. The Strategy Execution/Advancement Principal provides strategic direction to identify and address business opportunities leveraging the cloud-based technology, provides business intelligence and strategic planning support for executing the solution. The Strategy Execution/Advancement Principal is highly skilled with broad consulting experience, technical experience, and passionate about increasing the adoption of the cloud.The Strategy Execution/Advancement Principal leads initiatives to analyze and solve complex business problems leveraging cloud technologies such as Databricks and the Power Platform. The Principal brings consulting and technical experience to come alongside the business teams to scope a business problem, evaluate skills in the business area, recommend training opportunities for the business, develop a solution architecture, and assist the business teams to walk the solutions through to completion. The Strategy Execution/Advancement Principal can effectively communicate with senior leaders as well as business team developers. They are an advanced subject matter expert competent to solve problems with multiple cloud technologies.Role Expectations:

Scope a business problem with the business teams and define business value

Staff resource gaps where needed

Design the solution leveraging the Unified Data and Analytics Platform

Execute the business use case and measure business value

Outline skill development plans for the business team to maintain the use case

Communicate status and business value to executive sponsors (VP and above)

Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a data or business field

8+ years of technical or consulting experience

Experience creating solutions with tools like Databricks and/or Power Platform

2 - 5 years of project leadership experience

Experience developing and executing transition strategic plans, and communication plans

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences and business team success

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree

2 - 5 years of people leadership

5+ of data engineering skills; and fluent in a coding language such as Python or SQL

Agile development experience or certification

Six Sigma/Process improvement experience

Change management experience

Cloud technology Certifications
