As a line cook at our vibrant restaurant, you’ll be part of a team that values creativity, teamwork, and quality. And if you’re an NFL fan, this role is tailor-made – our schedule leaves Sundays free for game day!
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items with precision and efficiency, following recipes to ensure consistency and excellence.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation during high-volume service.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver timely, high-quality plates to guests.
Assist with prep work and inventory as needed to keep everything running smoothly.
We keep things fun and energetic, with a focus on supporting each other through the rush – because great food starts with great vibes!
Schedule: Balanced and Football-Friendly
Monday–Friday: Dinner shifts (typically 2pm–9:30pm, with some flexibility).
Saturdays: Lunch and dinner shifts (10am to close).
Sundays: Closed – perfect for relaxing, recharging, or cheering on your favorite team!
This setup means you won’t miss those crucial Sunday matchups, making it an ideal fit for football enthusiasts in the culinary world.
What We’re Seeking
At least 1 year of line cook experience (or equivalent strong culinary background).
A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic kitchen setting.
Strong knife skills, knowledge of cooking techniques, and a commitment to food safety.
