SAP SuccessFactors Program Manager MUST SIT IN ST. LOUISHybrid ScheduleDescription:Program Manager to lead the strategic implementation of SAP SuccessFactors’ HRIS. This role is central to transforming and modernizing our HR operations across the U.S., with a focus on critical modules such as Employee Central (EC), EC Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Onboarding. The Program Manager will play a key role in the standardization of TA/HR/Ops processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving a seamless transition to centralized HR systems. This position will have a direct impact on workforce management in a high-growth environment and will be instrumental in delivering a successful enterprise-level solution.Key Responsibilities● Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring successful delivery of Employee Central, EC Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules.● Actively participate to the Solution Integrator (SI) selection process, collaborate with the BU and IT to define the SI’s scope, and manage the SI’s daily activities throughout the integration.● Ensure adherence to project timelines, deliverables, and budget, with special attention to managing the cost of the SI.● Drive cross-functional teams (HR, TA, IT, Operations, Finance and others) to review, update, and integrate key internal processes aligned with the new HR system.● Manage and coordinate U.S. and Canadian teams, fostering collaboration and alignment● Champion change management efforts to facilitate the transition from decentralized to centralized HR processes, overcoming organizational resistance.● Implement and oversee a hybrid project management approach, effectively balancing Agile and Waterfall methodologies.● Provide comprehensive status reports, risk assessments, and progress updates to the Project Owner and executive steering committee.Qualifications:● Proven track record of leading at least one full SAP SuccessFactors implementation for a global organization with 5,000+ employees on a single tenant.● Demonstrated success in delivering two additional large-scale platform integrations, preferably HRIS or IT-related systems.● In-depth understanding of HR, payroll, and talent acquisition processes in high-turnover environments (Frontline workers).● Strong IT project management skills, with knowledge of system integration best practices.● Proven ability to lead large-scale organizational change management initiatives, overcoming resistance in complex, matrixed organizations.● Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, particularly in cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.● Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience in managing hybrid project frameworks is highly valued.● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalency; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, SHRM-SCP, SAP SuccessFactors) are considered strong assets.Experience Level:Expert LevelAbout Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
