Need help cleaning up a property

I own a rental house on Patee Street in St. Joseph with a small yard. The property is overgrown and need weeds, brush and several small volunteer trees removed and general yard cleanup. The property was cited by the City of St. Joseph Code Enforcement and needs to be done soon. I was in an accident and am not able to do the work myself. I pay cash and can provide some items like chainsaws and trash bags to assist with cleanup and haul off. This would be great for a small yard service or someone good with lawn equipment.
