POSITION: Home Health Aide (HHA)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene)
Assist with toileting and incontinence care
Support safe transfers and mobility
Meal preparation and help with daily routines
Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, linens)
Offer companionship and emotional support
Maintain daily care notes and report concerns
Follow care plans created by the RN/Administrator
Promote a safe and respectful environment for all clients
Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
Represent Lovely Day Healthcare with compassion and professionalism

Requirements:
MUST pass a thorough background check
Reliable transportation
Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy
Able to lift, bend, and assist with mobility as needed
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person
