Part Time Dairy Help Needed!

We are looking for a reliable hard working individual to work independently on our small family dairy farm. Chores include milking about 115 holstein cows and feeding baby calves. There would be 4-5 shifts a week, each shift is about 5 hrs. We have both morning shifts which start at 3:15 am and afternoon shifts which start at 2:30 pm, we need someone who is willing to do both and also weekend work. We would prefer someone who has large animal experience. Wage depends on experience but there are other perks along the way.
