Applicants will be expected to provide a high level of customer service. Teamwork and reliability are must-haves. Reliable transportation, weekend shifts, and flexibility are also required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Friendly and attentive service, including greeting patrons
Taking customized and sometimes detailed orders
Knowing the seasonal menu and being able to promote new items in an engaging way
Make and serve beverages, such as coffee and tea
Anticipating and responding to guests’ dining needs
Working closely with other staff and kitchen staff
Processing payments
Cleaning tables
Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
Replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter
Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls
Opening and closing restaurant as needed
Working as part of a fun, high-energy team
Other duties as assigned by Chef and Front of House Manager
We would prefer applicants with experience in the following areas:
Serving food or working in food-related jobs
Knowledge of POS systems
Working as a barista
Money handling
High level of customer service
