Seeking a responsible, detail-oriented individual or couple to manage a large private home and its grounds. This role includes full responsibility for property maintenance, cleaning, lawn care, landscaping, pool upkeep, and snow removal. Additional duties may involve running errands, meal planning and preparation, and assisting with event planning and hosting.
Ideal Candidate(s):
Experienced in home management, property maintenance, and groundskeeping (couples with prior experience strongly preferred)
Capable of handling a wide range of household and outdoor tasks with minimal supervision
Willing to assist with errands and meal/event preparation as needed
Able to coordinate and manage seasonal needs (lawn, landscaping, snow removal, pool care)
Requirements:
Must pass a background check and provide references
Compensation is negotiable and based on experience and capability
Training available for pool maintenance and use of lawn/snow equipment
Housing can be included as part of the compensation package
