About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure our facilities operate safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC issues
Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
Maintain tools, inventory, and accurate maintenance records
Follow safety procedures and company policies
Assist with special projects and facility improvements as needed
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance or technical experience required
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems
Ability to lift 40 lbs and work on ladders or in tight spaces
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
