Bindery Operator 2 - Direct Mail

Set up, adjust and operate a variety of direct mail equipment.(i.e. inkjet and mailing devices including, tabbers, swing arm and vacuum pocket inserters with read write capability)Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machines, such as cleaning and lubricating parts, to ensure safety and optimal performanceMust understand and adhere to all U.S. postal regulations and standards for mail preparationMake needed adjustments to coordinate the multiple work stations on a single machineCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job status, production issues, and deadlinesPerform regular quality checks to ensure mailings meet company standards for accuracy, image clarity, and proper assembly
