Law firm seeks a paralegal experienced in family law, personal injury and civil litigation to handle various projects such as: 1. Organize electronic case files( pleadings, letters and medical records) 2. Draft Complaints Motion/oppositions and other basic pleadings. 3.Propound and answer discovery. 4. Draft letters for attorney approval. These cases are not overly complex but we need a person with an eye for detail who can keep cases organized and on track, can turn around work quickly and is familar with DropBox/One Drive. Ideal person has experience in District and Justice Court, has knowledge and experience working in these areas and would like to make extra money working on these projects. Will consider an attorney who likes to write and enjoys this type of work.
Please send resume with an hourly pay range and how many hours you can work per week. (We don't care when you do the work (nights, weekends, daytime) as long as it's done on time. Paid weekly
