Looking for a reliable Property Manager with 3 plus years exp, to assist with day-to-day tasks including tenant communication, coordinating repairs, rent collection, and basic financial tracking with Bilingual (English - Spanish) preferred. Valid Driver's license is required, knowledge of Fair Housing regulations & leasing procedures.
Ideal candidates are organized, communicative, and able to work independently as well as a team player.
