We’re a family run auto repair shop looking for a motivated, reliable Shop Assistant Manager / Service Advisor who values honesty and great customer service. We believe in recommending services that truly benefit the customer no scare tactics, no unnecessary repairs, no cutting corners.
You’ll be responsible for:
Opening & closing the shop
Communicating with customers and addressing their concerns.
Recommending additional services
Promoting appropriate maintenance and repair services
Writing estimates & managing repair orders
Keeping techs on track and workflow moving
Ordering parts & overseeing daily shop operations
If you know how to keep a shop running efficiently, deliver genuine customer care, and maintain a trustworthy work environment, we want to talk to you.
