We’re a small, family-owned company looking for a reliable and experienced Machine Operator to join our team. This role primarily involves operating a skid steer and excavator, with additional responsibilities both in and out of the machine.
Requirements:
(Non-Negotiable) - has experience with septic systems, installing new ones, etc.
Proficient in operating skid steers and excavators
Experience with concrete work, pavers, and underground utilities
Comfortable working both inside and outside of machines as needed
Able to sit for long periods and perform precise machine work
Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
Pay & Details:
Compensation: DOE (Depending on Experience), to be discussed
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Local job sites
First week: Paid working interview to ensure it's a good fit for both sides
