Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electrician to oversee and manage electrical installations on commercial and residential job sites. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of electrical systems, and can lead a crew efficiently from rough-in to finish.
An ideal candidate must be experienced in different types of electrical devices and systems with the ability to work on their own and make informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and work alongside a crew of electricians and apprentices
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications
Plan and install wiring systems, panels, conduit, lighting, and equipment
Ensure job site safety and code compliance
Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and inspectors
Maintain daily logs and submit progress reports
Train and mentor junior electricians
Requirements:
High School Diploma and GED Required
5+ years of experience
Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes
Experience with commercial electrical systems
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
Ability to work on a ladder, in crawl spaces and at high elevations on a lift.
Adhere to all safety regulations including wearing a hard hat and safety glasses.
Clear verbal and written communication to customers and employees
Must provide your own tools
Read and understand plans/blueprints
Troubleshooting skills
Ability to use critical thinking and problem-solving

Pay: $42.00 - $48.00 DOE
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
Overtime may be required
