MasterTrade Painters, a 100% woman-owned and locally operated painting company serving the Nevada community, is expanding and seeking skilled Professional Painters to join our team. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial painting and refinishing services, including interior/exterior work, epoxy coatings, staining, and deck/wood refinishing. Job Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces (sanding, priming, masking) for painting.
Apply paints, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
Assist with setup, cleanup, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Collaborate on projects to meet high standards and deadlines.
Provide excellent on-site customer service.
Requirements:
1+ years of professional painting experience preferred (helpers welcome with training).
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding.
Strong attention to detail and positive attitude.
Availability for flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
Must pass a background check.
