Seeking a competent Quality Control Inspector to do Pre & Post Inspections of Short Term Rental Properties primarily in North & West Shores Lake Tahoe.
Pre Inspection responsibilities entail ensuring that the house is “guest ready” (clean, organized, stocked with household supplies, everything working as would be expected - i.e. internet, TV’s, digital locks, etc.).
Post Inspections responsibilities entail checking on the house to ensure that everything is secure and accounted for (i.e. no damage, no major items missing from the house, etc.).
Qualified candidates will have a strong attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively in real-time as issues are encountered, and a willingness to “roll up sleeves” as needed in order to help bring about resolutions. Ability and willingness to shovel snow on occassion as needed in order to maintain reasonable and safe access to properties. General handyman skills are an added plus (but not required) and can serve as an additional opportunity to earn via maintenance repairs.
