We’re hiring a skilled Technician in Sparks, NV. This is a hands-on role supporting critical power, cooling, and facility systems in a 24/7 environment.

- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and system checks on power and cooling infrastructure.
- Respond to infrastructure alarms and assist in troubleshooting.
- Complete assigned work orders and document maintenance activities.
- Partner with vendors and contractors during site work and repairs.
- Follow safety and operational protocols to maintain uptime and reliability.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of technical or trade experience (mechanical, electrical, or facilities preferred).
- Basic understanding of critical systems such as generators, UPS units, PDUs, cooling equipment, and fire suppression.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical/trade training preferred).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and safely work around live electrical or mechanical systems.
- Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts (day and night coverage required).
- Safety or technical certifications (EPA, OSHA-10, CPR/First Aid, NFPA-70E, etc.) are an asset.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug/alcohol screening prior to employment.
