Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for an Accommodation Coordinator to join the English Language Academy (ELA) team. In this role, you will ensure an exceptional experience for students staying in ELA-organised homestay and university-managed accommodation.You will manage the end-to-end accommodation process, including recruiting and supporting homestay families, placing students in suitable accommodation, and maintaining accurate records in our Student Management System. The role also involves liaising with the Student Services team to ensure student well-being, coordinating airport transfers, and building strong relationships with homestay families and external partners.This is a varied and rewarding position where your organisational skills and attention to detail will directly contribute to creating a safe, welcoming, and culturally sensitive environment for our international students.The salary range for this role is $65-70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.For more detailed information on the role accountabilities and requirements, please review the Position Description.He kōrero mōu | About you You will be an organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent service.
