Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity The Department of Ophthalmology in the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences is seeking an experienced and efficient Administrator/Coordinator to join our team.The primary functions of the role are to provide administrative support in relation to Te Whatu Ora Health NZ funded senior and junior clinical research fellowships, related research clinics, and all activities relating to the smooth functioning of the fellowship programs and research clinics. This will include advertising, arranging interviews, assisting in recruitment, budget monitoring and medical registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand. Adequate training will be provided for the role.This is a part-time (18.75h) fixed term (12 months) position, with a potential to extend the term for the right candidate.The salary for this role is from $62,400 - $70,000 pro rated, depending on skills and experience.For more detailed information, please view the Position DescriptionHe kōrero mōu | About you | Our ideal candidateOur ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a role that requires balancing multiple priorities and building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
