We are seeking a passionate and strategic Business Development Manager – Weddings & Social Events to lead the growth of our event business at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat. This is your chance to combine sales leadership with hands-on event delivery in one of Australia’s most picturesque destinations.About the Role:As the BDM, you’ll take ownership of our weddings and social events portfolio from sales strategy through to event execution. You’ll build strong client relationships, lead premium events on-site, and position our resort as the Hunter Valley’s premier destination for celebrations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in weddings and social eventsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partnersRepresent the resort at bridal expos and industry eventsOversee the planning and delivery of high-end weddings and social functionsCollaborate across departments to ensure exceptional event experiencesIdentify opportunities for growth at Elysia Wellness Retreat
