Commercial Director

As our Commercial Director you’ll provide expertise and leadership to the Commercial Managers across various Hyperscale Data Centre projects. You’ll ultimately be responsible for overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of development projects. This role ensures commercial integrity, cost efficiency, and strategic procurement across all phases of construction.   In this role you’ll work with project team members and collaborate with internal stakeholders, principal contractors, consultants, and vendors to manage budgets, contracts, risk, and commercial performance aligned with NEXTDC’s strategic objectives.  You’ll be responsible for the following areas: Culture and Leadership Commercial Planning and Strategy Contract ManagementCost Management Risk & ComplianceStakeholder Engagement
